It has been only a few months since you installed our camera surveillance system and the results are unbelievable.

My original intent was to monitor the staff activity, not only from a theft perspective, but the productivity awareness. I am so pleased to inform you what a learning experience this has been. I spend many hours a day in my restaurant, but I can't be there all of the time. The system allows me much more flexibility and I am able to spend more time at home. By being able to monitor the restaurant from home I am able to achieve the same results as if I were there.

The results of being able to monitor staff motivation and movement provides our management team with the information needed to make necessary changes to the schedule and work performance. This, in turn has meant a decrease in the labor costs, productivity has increased, staff is more accountable to management, and we have better customer service.
