The elegant PowerMax™ console is available in either Ivory or
Charcoal Gray allowing it to fit into any décor.
29 Wireless Zones, 1 Hardwired Zone
PowerMax™ has 29 wireless zones and 1 hardwired zone available. Each
zone is identified by a number, and a name that can be specified by
you.
1 PGM Output
This programmable output can be connected to another device such as
a garage door opener. This allows your keyfob to act as your remote
for the garage door.
2 Siren Outputs
PowerMax™ allows you to connect up to two additional sirens to the
system. This is ideal for large premises, and particularly to place
a siren on the exterior of the premises.
8 User Codes
PowerMax™ allows you to program up to 8 user codes, 4 digits long.
User codes 4 to 8 are assigned automatically as latchkey users.
Latchkey Mode
When a latchkey user disarms PowerMax™, a message is sent to you via
a pager or a private telephone number. This is useful when you want
to know if the kids got home from school or when a business is
closed for the night.
Up to 8 Encrypted Keyfobs
PowerMax™ supports up to 8 wireless keyfobs. One for each user. Each
Keyfob has 4 button that are programmed to operate by the system
installer. Program option include arm in the stay mode, arm in the
away mode, disarm and auxiliary functions, such as turning on an
exterior light.
Control up to 7 X-10 powerline carrier automation devices
This feature allows you to control appliances and lights on a
pre-programmed time schedule or manually.
Rechargeable NiCad batteries included
Rechargeable NiCad batteries mean no battery replacement is
necessary and if there is a power outage, the batteries will keep
your PowerMax™ powered up and your premises secure.
A full selection of Visonic PowerCode™ sensors and control
transmitters
PowerMax™ supports a wide range of PowerCode™ sensors and control
transmitters, providing a complete range of life safety and security
protection for your home or business.
Full voice response
With the built in pre-recorded voice prompts, PowerMax™ will not
only visually confirm every command you enter, but will also
verbally confirm the actions as well.
Message center
The message center allows you to record a voice message on the
PowerMax™ control unit that can be played back by another person
later.
Built in Voice Dialer
PowerMax™ allows you to program private telephone numbers and the
system will call these numbers on programmed events - such as when
there is an alarm or the system has been disarmed.
Chime by zone
Each zone can be programmed to chime while the system is in the
disarmed state. This provides an audible indication if a zone has
been opened. For instance, when someone enters or exits the back
door.
Two Way Voice Monitoring
When an alarm is initiated, the monitoring station can talk through,
and listen-in from, the PowerMax™ control unit to verify if the
alarm is real or if it is a false alarm.
100 Event log
PowerMax™ will store up to 100 time and date stamped events in the
history buffer for retrieval by you later.
Command First™
PowerMax™ as been designed with Command First™ technology. Most
keypad buttons are dual function, allowing most system commands to
be executed with a single press of a button. For instance, arming,
disarming, activating the chime feature and turning on X-10 devices.
"Follow Me" Telephone Number
You can program PowerMax™ to call when certain events, as programmed
by the installer, have occurred..
Full Paging capability
If you are on the road and cannot be reach by telephone, you can
have the installer program your pager number into PowerMax™.
PowerMax™ will call your pager whenever a certain event, programmed
by your installer, has occurred.
Remote Telephone Access
You can access PowerMax™ remotely by telephone. This allows you to
execute arming and disarming commands, get status information and
even listen to a message that has been left for you.
