Levi Wynnyk and Dean Oscar have been both knowledgeable and professional.
They are technically competent and well versed with various security systems’
strengths and capabilities.
Since the installation of our system, we have needed minor repairs to
hardware, NOT supplied by them, and Dean even took components supplied
by others in for repairs.
Levi has been very compassionate with our tedious emails, asking him to forward links to us so we can access our system from our residence. Both Dean and Levi have always been available to answer any questions, and at all hours of the day. Our calls have been returned promptly, even regarding minor concerns. Dean has even dropped in after a service call that happened to be in the neighborhood simply to see how things were going. That is impressive!
They have absolutely given us good after-sales service.
We are very pleased with our decision to get a video security system and feel it is has been worth every cent. Our future locations will incorporate Total Control Security.
